August 16 Eclipse - Leos REALLY hurting??

I am watching the situation with my Mr. Aquarius and me, adn also my astrology clients....and something I think I am noticing is that

1. The August 1 solar eclipse in Leo seems to have been a time when many (not all) Leos/Leo Ascendants got eclipsed, booted from a relationship, rejected, broken up with etc. AND

2. The August 16 lunar eclipse seems to be provoking very dramatic, very emotional, stubbornly insistent attempts by these same Leos to get back what they lost August 1 (which is frankly not at all likely to happen, as eclipse experiences go...)

In my personal case, my Mr. Aquarius gave me the key to his place on the August 1 eclipse and it has shut out a Leo woman who wants him and she can no longer come up with excuses as to why she must visit or temporarily stay with him and OOPS somehow cannot ever leave at her promised departure time. In effect he chose me over her and since the August 16 eclipse she has been making manipulative emotional statements to him trying to force him to abandon me. She is being really fierce; although I am confident she has "lost" I get the feeling PRIDE is very much involved. She also has a Moon in Pisces and uses it to be devious rather than intuitive. She is very angry right now. Mr. Aquarius feels badly becuase he wants to be hers and everyone's "friend" and not have anyone say or feel anything bad about him, but he is unable to satisfy her demands because of me.

I am not pleased about her behavior, but also realize she is really hurting. She seems to be determined to ignore that Mr. Aquarius does not have romantic feelings for her (and has been ignoring this for almost a year). The clipses seems to have turned up the heat on it.

Is this something Leos/Leo Ascendants here are experiencing?

this eclipse impacted me SIGNIFICANTLY. my sun is in leo and many of my other planets fall under leo as well, and a very important relationship in my life ended abruptly around the time of the eclipse. i haven't tried to rekindle the relationship, nor do i want to. i just find it very strange that problems started ocurring around the end of july/early august, and then got significantly worse until august 14th. for everyone in tune with the psychological aspect of it all, the connection between my situation and the eclipse was definitely not a "self-fufilling prophecy." i had no idea of this eclipse until after my situation crashed and burned. coincidence? i think not.

I'm actually glad I'm single at this point in time so I don't have to deal with this crazy bs.

For me....I lost a good girlfriend...We got into an argument over something so silly that I never gave it a second though. She has since then written me off and wishes never to speak to me again - I'm amazed by her melodramatic behaviour but so be it...I'd rather not speak to her again if that's how she handles slight conflict. This is the only relationship break I've experienced and that was round about the 25th July - my relationship with my Aqua Sun/Leo Moon boyfriend has just gone from strength to strengh during August.
