Belated Birthday Wishes :-)

Hello, all you lovely lions!

I posted a birthday message on FB for my 'cubs' on July 23rd, but forgot to post one here--d'oh! Here is a short-but-sweet one for all of the great lions here on DXPnet:

Can't say that I always get along swimmingly with lion folk--plenty of ego clashing and whatnot. Nonetheless, I think that you are great people with soft hearts beneath the facade of a "roar". Truly regal and worthy of love and admiration. Thanks for the 'sunshine', protectiveness, loyalty, passionate debates, laughter, and everything else that you share with your family, friends, co-workers, acquaintances, and anyone else who is caught in your clutches for even a solitary moment. 😉

*Hugs* Girl, and nice to hear you and the *cubs* are still in contact. 🙂 I think I have a new name for the sweety, "Cubby-cubs!" lol

Oh, I used the word 'cubs' as a term of endearment for all the Leo relatives, friends, and acquaintances that are in my Friends circle on FB. Didn't think of it as a pet name, but hmm, now that I think of it, perhaps I will start calling Mr. Leo my 'cubsy-wubsy'. (Nah, too much...) 😆

Hope that it was, indeed, an interesting month for all of you! If anyone has an intriguing story or two to share, I'd like to know. ::Rests chin on hand and smiles mischievously::
