In my experience, I have never used sex as manipulation and I have never met a leo that has done this.

But to answer your question, a immature leo may commit this act. Leo's love to be admired and they love to feel loved. That particular leo may be equating sex to love and so they may be using the sex to make them feel good about themselves, perhaps?

Not sure if it's a Leo thang or a personal thang, but using sex in general for anything feels like a cheap thrill. A farce, a fraud. Pride prevents it.

The ones I know require sex a lot and will fool themselves into thinking they love someone because they find it hard to separate sex from emotions. They do a lot running back to exes to fill a void.
