Gemini Man attracted to a Leo Woman... Help!

First of all, I am a Gemini Man (20) and there is a Leo Woman (20) who has somehow grabbed my attention. At first i pain no attention to her or anyone else to be exact. We both are Co-workers at a department store, and have little interaction outside the work area.

Anyways, I paid no attention to her at first, and thought NOTHING of her, just a casual girl doing her job and being nice to everyone! Which I adore her kindness towards everyone! However, I've done my homework and know it is only natural for a Leo to be so kind-heartened to everyone well... because she LOVES attention! She is as a Leo should be; Beautiful, Hard Working, Social (But shy in noticeable ways!) and the obvious, enjoys flattery and compliments.

Recently (2 Weeks), I have been Smitten by her, and it took me a year ti change my opinion about her. I don't know how or why, but she got my attention one day by being nice and confident towards me. I realized this happened after i complimented her new Hair style and her work ethics. She was immediately flattered to my surprise and showed how much of a warm and compelling her kindness is! I've been throwing nice words her way, but sadly it is only limited because we are at work and aren't really interacting much...

I know they like to go to restaurants that appear fancy in their eyes, but it isn't about monetary value but thought within the actions. However i have mentioned if she wanted to try out the place because i wanted "her opinion" on the food. My current plan is to make her think its just a friendly gesture because i fear if she thinks its a date she may shy away from it and i want her to be in a comfortable mindset. I've mentioned it to her and she has asked questions about it such as "Where is it located?", "Have i been there before?" and i have answered accordingly to assure my confident level is on par with hers. Keep in mind this interaction has all happened in person, Via text the subject is a different matter. I don't get upset if she doesn't reply back or anything like that, im more worried she thinks i may be annoying her. I have made her laugh several times so i hope she isn't somehow just being nice to me. I know Leo's are honest, but that thought is always there.

I have tried to find an opportunity to give her a call, but it seems like she is either at work is unavailable. Which is understandable! I'm not one to be all bossy or demanding but rather, gentlemen like and respect her decisions and values. I want her to feel comfortable enough to trust me because i am willing to put in the work to make her happy within my power. I'm not sure what to do at this point.. Is she simply ignoring me? Or is she playing hard to get? I also know that leo's wanna be chased but im worried i may annoy her since i LOVE talking but i feel like im bothering her instead.. In person she is extremely social, but via text or calls, she seems highly elusive

What advice can Leo Women give me out there? Its literally

I don't know what to look at when she throws signs at me. I haven't been smitten like this before in my life...

I really wanna be-friend her first more than anything, but friendly gestures are hard to express in this time and age because they can overthink the situation..

Regardless, i'm not the type who expects everything to be easy.. I'm willing to put the effort and dedicated time for this. She really does have a busy life, and i am hoping to catch her when she DOES get a break from work and her family life.

The difference between making herself unavailable and rejecting someone is a big difference. Guys have asked her out and she has FIRMLY said no to them, but in my case she at least did ask details about the location and if i had any knowledge about "Where we were going". So i assume she really wasn't available at the time.. however, I do like talking things through rather than keeping them bottled up.. i refrain myself from talking too much LOL..
