Scorp (Sag moon) friend loaned me this book the other day--

Love, Sex, and Astrology, by Teri King

It is positively tattered (much loved, that is) from use--

It was written before most of us were born, and it reads a

little differently than what we're used to online.

Sun signs only, though, so... keep that in mind.

LEO Woman with Scorpio Man

Miss Leo's generous, candid and outspoken manner does not

mean that she wishes to reveal everything about herself,

and when she finds herself under the critical Scorpio eye

there will be fiery objections.

Mr. Scorpio tends to dissect anybody he comes into contact

with, although he can be very secretive himself, and will

display outraged indignation when his own personality comes

under her scrutiny.

Mr. Scorpio finds it difficult to find a suitable partner and

when he does he could be accused of being over-demanding.

He expects total fidelity, a woman free from a career with no

ambitious thoughts for herself, but expects her to be totally

absorbed in his own activities. Miss Leo??s need for an individual

life can only result in his insecurity and bitterness. Her natural

aptitude for spending money can offend the Scorpio who will

spasmodically spend money but likes to dictate the how and the

when of expenses.

If she can learn to appreciate the fighter and protector in him together

with the security he offers, and if he can learn to value the warmth and

ability to give in her, then life may not be too disastrous for them.

Sexually, as in all, Miss Leo gives, and when she notices the reluctance

on his part to do the same she could feel hurt, not realizing that self-

expression comes hard to him. But his sexual appetite is likely to be

over-active and in time this may compensate for some of the deficiencies

elsewhere.

Scorpio Woman and LEO Man

At first Mr. Leo will give all of his warmth and generosity

to his Scorpio woman, but when he realizes she can be just

as strong as he, his role as the leader in the partnership

may seem threatened and he could become arrogant and overbearing.

Both have a natural urge to dominate and their relationship could

deteriorate into a battlefield. Her —always right?? attitude will

infuriate him for, although he may not realize this, it is very

similar to his own.

The Leo man usually prefers his woman to remain in the background

and supply him with all the encouragement and admiration he desperately

needs, but a Scorpio cannot be overlooked or kept down and she will rise

in rebellion against him. The lazy side to his character is incomprehensible

to her and she may attempt to bully him out of these moods, but the Leo

cannot be moved until he is ready and she will only meet with frustration

in these efforts.

His extravagance will threaten her need for security and many an argument

could rage over money. If any sort of harmony is to be achieved then one

of them will have to surrender his or her bid for the role of leader. As

this is unlikely to occur, lengthy relationships with this combination of

characters are uncommon.

Sex may contribute towards cementing their union for they can both be intense

and passionate and will at least agree on the importance of a good and active

sex life. Without compatibility in bed, this relationship can have little to

offer either party as, mentally, they are poles apart.
