LEO. Do you get upset easily?

And if you do, how do you deal with it? Do you voice out your feelings or become cold. Or shut down? Or do you cause a scene ? ....

I initially voice my feelings. If you don't listen and consistently make the same mistake then a scene is created. If it still happens then depending on the person or the situation we then become cold and if after all that, the person still doesn't listen or change their behaviours then its goodbye.....

Its like a simple 3 step theory.. I will ask you, I will tell you, then I will take action.

im still really childish with my personality, so at first i will try to hold back and then outburst. my virgo moon causes me to nag them until they see why i'm upset, and if they can deal with it and calm me down then well done but usually i am quite restless when im upset. however i dont get upset easily, the one key thing that usually triggers me is my posessiveness and jealousy but honestly im working on that, since no one in my past has been loyal to me so i have to second guess everything.

This reassure me a little. Last time he was upset he just went cold on me without really telling me what annoyed him. I have Aqua moon so I can maybe be a little too insensitive to his needs esp with that venus cancer as well...

This means he trying to rationalize things and diffuse his emotions. More than likely when he was younger he would become emotional and explode. He's learned not to do that, so he's removed himself entirely to think things through. Leos know that we can take things too far when we're angry, so a self aware Leo will seek to prevent this.

Going cold allows us to back away and detach long enough to calm down. As I mentioned, I vocalize my concerns first, but if the issue persists I don't stick around. If I need to go cold on someone, it's because they pushed things too far.

Yes i do agree with this totally.

last night again, there was a bit of something .

he wanted to see me and i was very busy doing my own thing. hobbies, chores, friends.

so when he was trying to get my attention through texts i was busy.

but i still responded but cuds't give him what he wanted.

so , instead of him being angry at me or upset.

according to him he changed his phone to do not disturb mode n somehow went to sleep when he told me he would sleep later last night.. also without saying good night to me lol.

i tried to reach him., left a message that maybe i upset him n i was sorry. anyway he woke up an hour later apparently he said he changed it to airplane mode by accident.

he never told me he was upset or not.

but to me he was and was just trying to calm his emotion once again.

..for an aqua moon n mars. i like that. i don't deal well with pity tantrums. lol

i have a kid of my own ( aries sun) and he's already a hand full ..lol

anyway, we are good now. its just good to know how he will be in the future. if he knows how to handle his emotion this way i guess its good.

i just feel like, he may, need or want more from me more than what i can provide at this stage and he may grow resentment down the track if he doesn't learn to voice anything out.

but so far its going good.

In order to give you a more proper answer, we need context. What did you do that made him upset?

the main reason i know how he dealt with his emotion by being cold was in the beginning which was a few weeks ago.

i told him that maybe i'm not the person for him bcoz i don't have much time to give him what he may need.

i can't come over much if at all ( and he has to do all the work in that department)

i can not priories him first( as a leo he always wanna come first right? ) lol... and that i have to put my son first.

and if he wants to SEE other people, its ok with me he just have to let me know....etc



he got very cold after. telling me that he's just busy with work etc didn't want face the subject much.

he said he was just going with the flow etc..

anyway, when we met up and talked things through he said he was upset and turned cold coz he thought i wanted to see other people...

ofcoz i needed to ask him point blank if thats what happened.

and he agreed to that.

so thats how i figured it out.

There's different upset reactions depending on the situation. Sometimes I'll lick my wounds and get back up again, sometimes i roar, sometimes the claws come out and sometimes i go silent. I'm very quick to recover though and don't stay mad for long. But a hurt ego is different because then it's personal. So what did you do?

I could be reading it all wrong but this is how i understand it from my view... You suggested you were ok with him seeing other people. To a leo, that means you don't want him that much or you want to see other people and Leo loyalty doesn't work like that.

You went on to explain you don't want to see other people. But now he's already insecure. Your lack of time for him and being busy and whatever, is probably reinforcing the insecurities from the previous problem.

A leo already doesn't believe in people being busy, they believe there's time for whatever and whoever you want to make time for.

I don't know how serious you are about him... but if you want to keep this guy, you're going to have to reassure him that you only want him and that he is important to you. Your actions will need to be consistent to prove that now.

i said i was ok at the time becoz i thought he was talking to other women lol and i got hurt he disappeared for one day. anyway we cleared the air and i said how hurt i was...we cuddled i said sorry and we made up...

but i know he must be feeling insecure coz i don't have time for him at the moment.

i will try to show it more often with words and action.

i already pleased him with amazing meals, words and action.

NOT at all. He’s very quiet and seem to go cold when upset. Now I’m upset at him and I’m tempted to go cold too. lol .

Acknowledging that he is upset helps. Leos want to know that our partners care to understand us. So it was good that you called him. Even if he doesn't admit to being upset (out of pride), he'll feel better that you care. Ignoring him will only make him go cold.

Mature Leo's pace like a lion... Will only attack if need be.... Have you seen a lion and how they are in the jungle ... That a Leo... And when they do attack... Shewt ... They want let up... That first bite could paralyze ya ... Immature Leo's pop off quick... Quick tempers ... I use to be this way until years of life tamed that lion... Now I'm tame.. Because I rule my own jungle so I don't have to lash out at anyone... What I say goes...

It depends on what the situation is. Pretending not to be angry can be more detrimental than expressing your anger, especially for extroverts.

Thank you. Yes I think I'm starting to work him out now. It's getting easier. Thank u to my Taurus sensitive nature I do know when some thing is up, the other night we kissed and he pulled away lightly. N I said, why ? U don't like the yogurt ? And he shook his head instead of verballing it. And I said..I see. Then he said that's really good. N I said what ? That I can read you now without u having to say anything

.? And he said.. yessss and kept nodding his head. What's with Leo n action giver type ? He's def not the verbal type. Coz he's fire I guess haha. But I talk a lot n he do more than talk. Is that typical?

We're like the sun. We can burn brightly and light up a room but sometimes we hide behind the clouds and don't come out. If we're tired or sad, we need to turn our light off and be alone where no one can see us. We use a lot of energy on people so we need to rest lots to recharge.
