Alright there are some Leos who don't know when to quit. While Leos can be confident, that's doesn't always mean we are self confident. I've seen some Leo friends chase in this way before and it's just pathetic. In fact I've scolded some Leos before about doing this.
Other times the Leo is just a player. He'll ignore your rejection because he simply doesn't care. He knows he can whittle down women in this manner. That doesn't mean his strategy will work on everyone, but for him it's simply a numbers game. You'd be surprised how many women go on dates with pushy guys. Players know this.
I generally recommend either not responding (or if that fails), literally saying, "Look, I'm just not interested." OR "You need to back off before my boyfriend/husband gets pissed."
