My petpeeve about Leos (Page 2)

Get this...
Had a gathering with my boyfriends family last night...we consisted of the following: two Taureans, two Scorps, two Aquas, two Leos and one poor little sag.
Now you can only imagine when we started on science vs. religion....fixed opinions like you've never seen. My boyfriend's mom, the Sag, was way out of her depth and eventually wandered off to watch tv.

I see it this way. Leos have that "stubborness" about them when it comes to taking criticism, admitting their wrong or during the times when their egos are being challeged & tested. Something as simple as losing a card game can easily be seen as a make or break for a Leo ego in the moment (not necessarily long term). And what usually happens when a Leo's ego is challenged & there seems to be no "win/win" situation for them? The same "stubborness" comes out of them. And THAT is what drives me up the wall. Sure, my Leos will KEEP playing new rounds of cards but they'll back out in the middle of each individual game when it becomes obvious that they willnot and cannot win.

lol you actually described me and my sister, cuz she's an aquarius. we used to be really competitive with eachother when playing games and neither of us would ever back down.. but really i only become actually competitive when i see that i'm beginning to lose so i focus even harder to try to gain back a higher position. i'm a bad loser because i try really hard to win and when i don't it's just disappointing :/ . krysrenee you sure meet alot of interesting leos

Exactly. My Leos will want to have a rematch over & over again until they win, & I can understand that (that part doesn't bother me). It's how they act DURING each of those re-matches that I can't understand. During the game, & around the time when it's obvious who's going to be the ending winner, if it's not them, they'll sulk & quit giving the same strategies they had when they were winning. And once they do that, I assume that they wouldn't want to play anymore. But instead they keep asking for re-matches, but yet every time it looks like I'm going to win AGAIN, they'll stop putting in effort in the middle of the game & purposely even further let me win. And THAT'S what petpeeves me about some Leos

It's like watching a Football game. Half of the time, it's obvious which team will win. But even the team that's obviously not going to win doesn't stop playing hard on the field. That's why the crowd still goes wild (even if it becomes apparant & obvious which team is going to win) because what adds to the adrenaline & sportsmanship is that both teams continue to play hard as if the score at the moment doesn't even matter. And that's what makes Football games so exciting. Just because there is 7 seconds left doesn't mean the losing team quits playing. Hell, even if the score was 70-30 with 7 seconds left, the losing team STILL attempts to make good moves just for the sake of being a good game sport. Hell, the reason the BELL doesn't ring until the game is over is because everyone expects for the players to play hard the ENTIRE game UNTIL that bell rings; not just play hard until it's apparant who's going to lose.

"If we play our hardest when we are going to lose then not only do we lose but we gave it our 100% so the opponent basically feels like he beat us at our full power which will give him great satisfaction , he saw everything we got , we like to never give you the satisfaction i guess cruel huh ? Get used to it ...................."

EXACTLY. But yet, when a Leo is obviously going to win that very same game, he expects for his competition to play hard the ENTIRE time because it'll make him feel that he beat his competition even when his competition was playing at his hardest, making the victory even more victorious. See, Leos want to "punk" out in the middle of losing just because they want us to spare them the embarrassment of beating them at full capacity & speed, but yet when the tables are turned, they don't feel FULL BLOWN victory unless this very same thing happens. And that's a double standard.

So, I'm supposed to give 100% & still lose just so you Leos can feel better about yourselves when you win. But yet when I want you Leos to give 100% even when you're losing, yall act like children & like the world is going to end if we have that same "sweet" victory you wanted.

I'm sure alot of people other than just some Leos say F it but that doesn't mean that it STILL can't get on my nerves from time to time. I'm pretty sure there are things that you consider pet peeves that I can say "oh get over it, it's life" as well but hey, if it bothers you, who am I to say that it shouldn't.

And some people don't mind when their favorite team gives up during half time. But others (like me) do. So sue me 😉

Keep this just about the Leos you know. Not 'us' Leos. I don't know how many Leos you encounter that are like this but it sounds like you attract them like bees to honey.

Well, I clearly said the Leos I know. I never said ALL Leos. What do you want me to do, name every single Leo I know every single time I'm referring to my own post when I already clearly said I wasn't labeling ALL Leos. I said it once & this will be the last time I say it: the Leos I know (plenty of them) tend to do this during battle & that's why it is a petpeeve for me. And it will STILL be a petpeeve of mine rather you're a Leo, a Taurus or any other sign. The reason I chose to focus on my Leos is because I noticed this a little bit more in them.

It's no different than if you say, women are difficult or a certain race of people are negative. Of course NOT ALL women are like that. No, only the women YOU deal with are like that. And not all Whites, Mexicans, Blacks, etc. (whatever) in the world are like that; just the ones YOU encountered are like that. But if you were to write a post on how you feel about Taurus women, I'd get the big picture & assume that you can't possibly be talking about every single Taurus woman in the world because you obviously don't & will never know every single Taurus woman in the world. It's about getting the big picture.

And plus, you guys are not me. That's why we all have different facial features, different social security numbers & different eyes & minds. We're not all supposed to agree. But hey, if I'm telling you that's what I observed, then THAT'S WHAT I'VE OBSERVED. If what I've observed is "different" from what you've observed, that's fine & understandable. But to say that it's impossible for Any Leo to act in that manner is the same as me saying that your opinion about Leos is wrong too. You can't have it both ways. My opinion & what I see through my OWN eyes is supposed to be different from everyone eles'e. That's why my name is Krystal & your name is.....(whatever)
