Just a simple question after reading some posts and currently viewing my lioness best friend of 11 years in the dating game...

Do Lions & Lionesses ever truly fall in love or are you just biding time until the next prey crosses your path?

I can only speak for myself as a lioness. I always give my everything when entering into a relationship. I am loyal committed honest and caring 100% . I don't have time for any BS from a partner. If i feel i'm not getting back what i deserve from him i can quickly withdraw all my affections, cut my losses and run without a second thought. This may seem heartless and cold but i don't like being taken for granted. From the outside looking in my behaviour may come across like i'm ruthless and didn't care in the first place, but that opinion is very wrong. I quit and run to protect myself from any further hurt as for me to give my everything and not to get it back hurts like hell.

Oh yes they do! Seen examples of both male and female that fall and man do they fall deeply.. to the point of no return.

@NBoo my best friend went through a tough time with an Aquarius. They actually have this very odd friendship still where it somewhat teeters on a relationship but doesn't fully commit. They go on dates, give each other birthday gifts. He even still tries to date her which she always refutes. I don't understand it. In the interim she doesn't give other guys much of a chance. It's like "meh no" even guys her type. I can tell she's becoming bitter towards men and it saddens me.

Now I am somewhat similar to you where I'll just cut my losses if I feel like I'm lesser than and usually even block or disassociate from that person completely but I think that's a good thing. You don't exhaust energy on what "could have been".

I hope she gets to that level. I feel like she uses guys now. For everything from car advice to just texting boredom. In her defense though - she always makes it clear that she's not seriously interested and they teeter on so idk lol

And why is asking car advice considered "using" someone?

Asking them to FIX your car is totally different, if you have no intent to pay-- but just asking?

Come on-- that's not bad. 😉
