I've read the thread on the pisces forum and the thread here on the leo forum and Seraph made a very prominent point about people coming her for support.

I'm a trained Mental Health Nurse and I have skills that can be used as you require them, when you require them and however you require them. Do not suffer silently and do not resort to desperate measures. I am here for anyone in need.
I know i post here as a male leo being himself, but i am also a professional nurse and you will not be judged, you will be treated with confidentiality and you will be supported to the best of my ability. You do not have to fight demons and bad thoughts alone.
