You sound adorbs, I wouldn't cut back on the treats while he's feeling down. Even if it's not a solution, it's a sign you care and that probably works for neow.

As an aside, I keep all my issues close to my chest, I think I appreciate when my friends or significant others motivate meh from a distance. Unless the house is burning down, at that point calling the fire brigade is not an issue 😆

Aw thank you! That actually makes a lot of sense. Like I think he appreciates the effort but would much rather handle it on his on own until maybe he knows his secrets are safe with me. That's the vibe I got but I wanted to have a little more certainty. In any case, you're right no rush 🙂

And the treats will definitely keep coming. I hadn't known anyone to like chocolate as much as me until now 😆
