Does having Libra ASC automatically pull Libras of the opposite sex to you if degrees are close?

This has happened to me once before and I noticed it in synastry again. If my ASC touches their sun in any way, there is an attraction felt mutually regardless of other factors. Does this happen for any ASC contact in synastry? Not specific to Libras ik but I figured it'd be a good place to ask.
