Getting libra ex back - hopeless?

It's like he has disconnected himself but now has taken me as this study subject?! Is this strange/ typical?
Yes, sounds like what a Libra would say. BUT - there's a disclaimer. He may weigh feelings and what you did before that he feels is harmful to him, and decisions will be made from there whether to return.

Do yourself a favor and stop listen to your Libra so much and watch him. I'm sorry to say this about Libra's but sometimes you have to be careful of hanging on our words, they are mostly only "part" of our clever, sneaky, yet charming personality. It's like the sprinkles over our personality. The Libra man is gifted with words, hands down and can very well use them to his advantage on the right candidate. If you're not careful you will find yourself in so deep and you won't remember how you got there. I can tell you how to not let that happen, and that's shut off your hearing and open your eyes when you are unsure of a Libra's true intentions. Watch how we act, and react to you. If he's studying you, then study him right back. Mirror him. If he cools off, and wants to hang like friends, then fine. Treat him like a friend, next thing you know he might want to be mushy, intimate, then back to being just friends. That's the indecisiveness we are famous for. Watch him, and listen at the same time. Read my other post "Understand the Libra man" remember, "When he moves, you move. When he stops you stop." He craves balance, harmony, fun, and a challenge. So its cool to switch it up on sometimes too, just be sure to leave him something to work with. So when he's all over you, you can be distant, leaving him with something to hold to that there just "might" be a chance, and all he has to do is work harder. He likes this game subconsciously, but remember if he has nothing to work with he won't play. They don't take to chasing with no mouse, feel me?
