Libra Coworker

we have another woman at work 😄. Initially it was only 5 fem_engins. But not its 6. 😄 I hope she will work well with us because we would really like for us all to get a long. The cap at work stuck her horn in her first, so i know she said some smack about the 3 of us..(me, saggie,and scorp). ugh.... she already turned the cancer against us..so we are trying not to come on too strong.

she told the saggie she is not into office gossip, she got enough of that at her other job 🙂 and we dont do office gossip unless it pertains to our jobs, new projects we want...etc. i could care less who is sleeping with whom. .

we know she is a grown woman and will make up her mind and all that. we are not a clique as the cap calls us, we are a support group. when one woman is down a team member we will fill in the best we can...like that..if they see my head laying on my desk they will come in and bring me coffee. so yea..we work together. every once in a while we go out.

Soooo Libra ladies how can we get her on our side....i would like to have more air in the team...

ok we found out she likes wine...so a bottle of wine as a welcome gift?

@TOC, 'WTF?', well, the fuck is that i thought u guys liked compliments. It really doesnt need to be her thats pretty, it could her hair, clothes, whatever that makes u guys cream yourselves. Personally, i think that ugly ppl deserve compliments too, u know. As a humanitarian, yeah moi, i compliment the good, bad and the ugly all the same. Lol, like that!

No, not really, im a regular lurker here on this forum and not very long ago Alibra mentioned it too on her thread. I cant be really confusing u for something im not familiar with, i dont know any leos well enough to make such a mistake. To send my point home, just the other day, a midget owning a shop on my street, we've talked before, but i didnt know his sign- he happens to be born 28 september, making him a libra. Well i complimented him on his big round arse, its really nice, as a result he smiles everytime he sees me. So, the compliments do work on u guys.

He is not hot at all and i dont find him attractive, but me complimenting him made him more smitten with me *shudders*. Btw, he has been hitting on me for mnths now, lol. But i dont believe in being mean just because i dont see him in the light he sees me. So u see..

If u see my other post, i explained that it really doesnt need to be the face thats pretty, but anything else. Nobody is completely ugly imo, the same could be said about the pretty ones, theres alway a bit of ugliness in them too. And in nowhere did i mention giving out fake compliments + nobody is ever 'undeserving', i dont care how ugly they are. Oh btw, im all about honesty, but i have my fake moments too like everybody else, i dont see a halo over my head. 50% angelic and 50% devilish, thats me in a nutshell.

Hey, i was being genuine with him, i want an arse like his and i think he sensed that. I really couldnt careless about the reasons behind his smile. And again, i didnt say give out fake compliment, Jesus!! A person's eyes or hair are still them bcoz they are hers, unless its a wig or a marble eye then u really cant complement those with genuinity. And toc, i really dont care what u think of me. I just thought about the honesty thing and tbh, im really 70% devilish, 20% angelic and 10% fake (when i dont give two shits about being either good or bad)- like now for instance.

And i didnt say ALL libras either, 2 or 3 of them is still libras. When i say 'u guys' i referred to exactly that, the 2/3 i know- they are also born under the sign of libra. Im not gonna say tom, dick and harry bcoz u wont know who im talking about unless i mention their signs.

Reindeer, i was being genuine to the libra guy, he asked me how he looked in his skinny jeans and i told him they emphasized him well. This one likes to fish for compliments so i responded to him accordingly, but meaning it as well. About chem's friend, i dont care about that one bcoz i dont know her, i just gave my 2cnts to chem thats all, i dont need genuinity for that. Are my friends like chem's friend? The last time i checked, most ppl of the same sign shared some traits. Im not a mind reader to know what her friend likes, i gave my bit of what i knew about the things the libras in my life appreciated, if it doesnt work with her then whatever.

Well, thanks toc, again it doesnt make a difference in my world. The reason for seeking advice from different ppl is to sift through gems and turds to get that ultimate one that works for u. Mine was 'shit' and nobody is forcing chem to take it.

I'll just say, although compliments are nice they don't exactly buckle knees at your will. It takes more than "oh wow, you have really nice elbows" to get me onside... like a non-pretentious personality for a start 😉

TOC.....sweetie....if there is nothing pretty about the girl i'm not going to tell her something is pretty about her. WC meant libras like compliments...which they do. and like you said they like genuine ones. I am nothing but geniune...not fake.

and giving compliments are a cool way to break the ice a little bit...wont gain any friendships.

but i do understand what you mean, dont give compliments if they are not genuine..thats fake...and i wont and dont do that.

but i couldnt compliment her...she wore this satin shirt with a huge parrot on it. then she had on a scarf that matched the colors of the parrot. i was like wow..not my style but ok. so she got no compliments.

the wine is the only icebreaker she getting. 🙂

yea she has on a parrot shirt...but we are about sisterhood and all that crap. so maybe after a couple of months we can suggest somethings. i forgot about the pin, she had on a parrot pin too. she is a sweet woman funny, and very intelligent..we had lunch today.

you made me spit out my ice cream..lol @ghoulish creatures. but it was a satin shirt...and yes it had a parrot on it. she matched it well and her suit was very nice. so idk..she is still a very sweet, funny person.

1st of all toc, nobody tells an aqua to do anything in regards to their lives, we are capable of making our own minds without the influence of others. Chemengin is an aqua too and a 1st decan at that (like myself) and believe me she will do whats best for her. All this talk about being fake doesnt faze me one bit because i know exactly who i am and something said by someone anywhere will never impact me- i have too many fixed signs in my chart for that to happen. Now, go on and continue with the 'fake' comments, i discussed it yesterday and today means it is history to me. And history bores me like no other.

well i got a pic that resembled it as much as i could. the parrot was way bigger than that and she had more than 1 parrot on her sleeves. but like i said not my style but its ok.
