dont treat them badly lol just be your nice self, always work on improving on that as well and ladies will notice this. you also just have to be patient. it sucks but thats the name of the game. the right girls will start to come along more and more. keep practicing and keep your chin up!
If you're moaning about not being able get a lay out of some chick before splitting, I don't think being "too nice" is your problem.
