What's it with you Libra people?

Are you supposed to be like the worst sign at time management and decision making?

All the Libra's I came across they seem to have this problem and they "change their mind like a girl changes clothes"

Far from it.
I'm pretty much always at work early and usually do stuff no fucker else seems to.
Decision making depends on the situation and what's called for.

I didn't mention anything about not being hard working, both of my current manager and my ex-manager were libras both try their best to do the work, but their best is not good enough because their work is all over the place, don't meet deadlines, so inefficient, it irritates my Arien self which wants everything done and done now.

And from my experience also, Libra always misunderstands Aries, I hate it when you guys talk like we are idiots, the truth is, our clock is running a 1000 miles ahead of yours and when you finally get there you nod and agree ... grrr ... seriously.

You wonderhow if they are so inefficient they can be managers while you're so damn quick but their employee? Hmm..

Why? Because they've been doing the same shit for the past 20 years of their lives, I've only started my career a year ago and I am already doing project management.

And no, I wouldn't call starting this thread a waste of time, It help me release my frustration so tomorrow when I am at work I will be focusing on getting the job done instead of releasing it at people at work, like you librarian do.

Look at all of you, can't even come up with a few statements to defend yourself, but you go attacking who challenged your thoughts. Reasoning libra, reasoning .. That's how you win an argument!

With aries there's really no use for reason.. it's either a nod and a smile, or utilising their war tactics against them.

These people forget we get to the same destination in the end, sometimes even faster (less U-turns and blockages). Taking the first available opportunity and doing things quick is but a personality trait.. it's not really the best way of doing things.

there are tons of useless managers out there who really shouldn't be managers but for some questionable reason, they are.
being a manager doesn't automatically make someone better than the rest.

my mom's current boss became a manager through insider connections and he apparently has zero leadership skills and he avoids responsibility.
he was just in the right place at the right time. that's the only reason.

Punctuality has never been my strong point I am either ridiculously early to try and cover it up or I'm 5 minutes late. I cant make a decision to save my life (because I have to explore every option and outcome to make sure I get it right first time!) but when I do I stick to it and my workspace is always an organized mess, but one thing I am not is inefficient. I work hard and get the job done, infact when I am working I work too hard!

Not a Libra but I have worked with both Aries and Libras and its interesting because they both can display some of the same traits. The Libra that I worked with was lazy, messed up all the time until he was eventually fired. But guess what so was the Aries boss. Lazy, messed up all the time. The difference is that I think the Libra just didnt care whereas the Aries cared not so much about the job but the reputation.

Now I have seen Libras who are hardworking, oranized and get the job done and I have seen Aries do the same thing. I think in this case it could just depend on the person, the office dynamics and maybe favoritism. If you focus on being the best you can be you should be fine.

Now you guys are talking. Much better.

I dont think Libra are lazy, they do work hard all the ones I met, they just have a funny way of doing things, like taking the long route.

I am just glad my new Libra boss is at least open to suggestions and ideas, unlike my ex-boss who was also a libra, but No was his only answer

They are not bullies.. It was just the way the question was worded.. IMO it came off too agressive, If you ask nicely you get a nice helpful response! I have read a lot of them and they always answer really polity and friendly!!

I think Aries (some, not all)need to stop screaming like babies if they dont want to get parenting treatment from peeps!
