Libra boyfriend broke up with me, how can I convince him to give us a chance?

My boyfriend broke up with me 3 days ago. He is a Libra men, I'm an aries and we were together for over 2 1/2 years. We also still live together. I am currently at a friends but on Saturday I have to go back to the flat and I asked him if we can talk then. He broke it off because he said "I love you but I am not in love with you anymore". While it is incredibly painful to hear, I know what caused it. We had a very stressful time and neither of us had time to take care of the relationship for over two months. last year in December I also pulled away from him because I was feeling the way he is feeling now, but I decided to work on it and I got my feelings back. But since then he did have issues to commit to future plans which I understand. However, we had a great time in march were we got closer again. He said he felt like this since January/February when we had the big issues, but I know we were happy in march, he even had issues drawing because no negative emotions were left that he could channel into his work and he is not good enough of an actor to have pretended all of that,
But the stress from the last two months I think made him remember the bad time again. But he only 2 weeks ago booked flight tickets for us to go to his dad's wedding at the end of the month and he only just finished university and is a barista so he does not have much money. I know I hurt him and he hurt me but I also know that all our problems are fixable.
I just finished my Bachelor as well, which is why I had no time for him with writing dissertations and exams. I am also a psychology student and I firmly believe in fixing relationships when there is potential and äI believe we have great potential. We will also live together until Agust because neither of us can afford moving out. I thought about haveing an open honest talk with him on Saturday and want to ask him to give us a chance, because with not talking about his problems with me he never did and I believe we deserve one. I want to show him that I changed my behaviour pattern and I want to close up the old relationship and reboot it. But I don't know what the best way is to convince him that we belong together.

We had no fight so far. I stayed really calm when he did it, I was aware the day before that he wanted to do it (he is not good at hiding his feelings). He just said he is incredibly impressed and he wants me in his life, so do I. But I love him and I believe he loves me too, but that it got weakened through the pressure on us. I am his first relationship, so I don't know if he knows that you have to work on a relationship.

Can anyone give me advise what the best way is to get a Libra back or to convince him that we deserve a chance? I really want to fight for him, but I am scared he won't give me the chance to proof we are good together

Go to the flat, figure out a new place and wish him luck. Nothing but positive vibes. Smile sincerely, because you DO want him happy.

And go on about your life. Take up ballet or some other hobby. Whatever. You're gonna make it and look good doing it.

Point is. He spoke detrimental words and that's that. When he tells you something, believe it.
