libra with cancer moon

I've suddenly found myself with quite a few libra male friends. One of the friendships with my male libra developed in to something more, but now he's gone very distant on me. But when i look back over the past year It's obvious that at the end of the night he was making a play for me but I just didn't realise it. We eventually got it together a couple of times. He just seems to blow very hot and cold on me. I'm cancer with gemini moon.
Any advice would be great.
