VSOP - Speaking from personal experience, the more people call/text/try to get in touch with me, the more annoyed I get. Taurus ladies need their space and some breathing room.
To be honest what I would do if I were you is drop off the face of the earth. Stop calling her, stop texting/emailing whatever sort of contact you're attempting. Stop so suddenly that it will FORCE her to wonder where you've gone. If you suddenly quit trying to be with her, she's going to start to wonder why you lost interest in her, and the tables will turn. Now she may be the one calling/texting you, trying to find out where you've gone. DO NOT ANSWER. If she wants space, give it to her. For a good long time.
If something is going on in her life, as soon as she gets things straightened out, she will be back. As long as she's genuinely interested. But trust me, you CANNOT force a Taurus to be with you. It doesn't work, and she'll run. You have to make her think this is her decision to be with you.
Take some time to focus on YOURSELF, be the best version of YOU that you can be, and she will automatically be drawn towards you. Don't give off the desperate vibes saying that you NEED her in your life. That desperation and neediness/clinginess will send any woman, especially a Taurus, running for the hills. Fill your life with other things and other people, and don't worry about her. As soon as she realizes that you don't NEED her, she'll start to want you more.
I know the Libra tendency to LOVE love, but don't let your own desires cause you to reek of desperation and prevent you from getting what you ultimately want. Make sense?

Taurus girl here - If I care about someone I don't ignore them but I may wait awhile to answer texts either because I'm busy or I don't want you to think I'm waiting on them. Also, I don't like feeling like its an expectation that I text, it should be a happy surprise. Plus, texting is super impersonal and I would rather interact in person anyway. 2 weeks is a bit long to go without answering though. if I wait that long to call you, or text you back it's because you've pissed me off - you now have to figure out what it is that you did.
