What do you guys think of Aquas?Ju

Just wondering what your experiences have been with these guys? My best friend through school was an Aqua girl, we had our differencr but the bond between us was amazing. We did have a fall out after achool (we didnt speak for 4 years as she felt a betrayed her by sleeping with her borther on her birthday (looong story!) but we recently got back in touch she admitted she had acted wrong and we have just continued from where we left off 🙂. She always said I was the best friend she ever had even when we were not friends.

Also my brother is an Aqua and we always got on great as children we also had a 2 year fall out though,only time we ever fell out, but even when we wernt friends we were so cival, no name calling we just both never spoke to eachother. We are also now friends again and just picked up from where we left off.

I have recently met an aqua guy and the attraction between us is ridiculous. Were both not really in a place to have a relationship but everyone always comments that there is a strange bond between us to.

So just wondering if you guys think that Aquas and Libras really are meant to be together or do you think there are much better matches out there?

I dunno, I've got along w/ every Aqua I've ever met. My mother's one (my dad's a Libra, same bday as me as well), one of my best friends is one, 2 of my good friends in high school are Aquas. I find them really easy to talk to, can understand my random references w/out having to explain where it's from, & they're pretty quirky. My mother can be cold at times but it's funny to me. An example of a convo of ours would be

Mom: Where'd you go last night? You didn't come home til 6AM.
Me: I had a date & then I went out.
Mom: You should've had her pick you up instead of borrowing my car.
Me: *lol* You care more about the car than me. I could die & have the car home.
Mom: Pssshhh, you better not die.....you know how much that funeral's gonna cost? I don't wanna have to deal w/ your aunts about it either......

Yeah, Aquas are awesome.

If my Aqua and I had stayed just friends, we'd probably have been best friends forever... that's right BFFs...

Instead we got married and now divorced so that idea is out the window. I agree with everyone else saying they make god friends but stay out of a relationship.

as friends and family, they can be great for us.

for romance. depends. sex can be good. romance itself is nonexistent. and this is coming from a girl who isn't big on romance herself. all the cute cheesy stuff can make me very uncomfortable, but aquas are just icy. like you know how libras seem icy, but we warm up when we feel comfortable with someone? aquas are often the opposite...seem warm, then you realize that they're solid ice on the inside.

All I can say is, when I think of the closest Aqua galfriends, I either totally block out the positives, or totally block out the negatives. It doesn't work to see them in both positiv light and negative light at the same time. It's either overwhelmingly positive, such that they did no wrong ever, or they did all wrong with no right.

I have two seperate memories of them.

Aquas are cool,i love them. None of the aquas i know ever seem to hold a grudge. They make good friends too.
They will talk about themselves for hrs,and just when your thinking bloody hell give me a chance!!they pause and say "how was your day?"🙂

Lol they are quite talkative....so i dont think they could be billy liars. They would always have to watch what the are saying.lol

eh, I think aquas are very private so they lie to protect their personal details, omit key info, or just to preserve an image of strength.

I suppose they can be,but once your in,their inner circle they will tell you anything.🙂

I think I know what you mean, but the aquas I know hate weakness even in themselves so sometimes they say stuff then say another to cover it up.. or they say something then say another and go ahead as if they never said the first thing..

thanks for all the replies guys. Think it seems that us Libras are just meant to be really good friends with the Aqua's! I think i will still persue my Aqua guy though haha i'll let you all know how it works out 😉

the aqua guys i dated lied. the aqua guys i was friends with lied to the girls they dated (and to me, because i'd stick up for them, only to find out that they really were fucking around and didn't really like the girl they were dating as much as they made me think they did).

to be fair, the worst ones had drinking problems. a more sober one might not be so bad.

oh, and one aqua guy i used to be friends with and dated briefly (because he was sooooo sure we'd be great together. lol... he was aqua sun, cancer moon. i'm libra sun, leo moon...see any hard aspects there? he was a total astrology buff too).

for some reason, virgos and scorpios loved him. these girls who supposedly have such great bullshit detectors were always telling me how they KNEW he really wanted to be with them, how he was just scared of being hurt. lol. it was soooooo fucked up. one scorp stopped being friends with me because he wanted me, and she wanted him. meanwhile i wanted her libra boyfriend, who she was cheating on with the aqua at that time. too funny.

most aquas are total workaholics, and very independent. and they can be such cool people to be friends with. for some reason, they appeal to girls who want a challenge, to break them and get them to settle down. not gonna happen.

the aqua i mentioned actually tried to get me into line with his way of dating, then i slipped away. we were friends for a while again after that. he said something about me being his last libra. but he's full of shit, i know it.

never got fraudulent vibes from aquarius, or caught them in the act of lying--unless they were trying to cover for someone else. they're not known to be liars, exaggerators or even to be easily ashamed. stubborn...yes.

it makes sense, leo is the opposite of aquarius. i do adore them as well, but Leos famously exaggerate for publicity and become embarrassed if called out.

exageration and lies are not the same. i like aqua men way more than i like leo men. they're obnoxious as anything, though i usually love leo women. but i'm 1/2 leo myself (asc/moon). and i think that's why i see through the aqua lies.

though, i usually only see through them eventually. early on, i'll take them at face value, because they do seem very honest. like they're too busy to waste time on bullshit like lies. and they aren't wasting time. they're naturals. it's so easy for them, they don't have to try. and they're so good at turning things around and seeming oblivious to stuff that no one immediately questions them. i'm the sort of person who just sits around calmly and doesn't try to get in anyone's business, and i usually end up finding out a lot of shit i don't want to know.

they aren't known to be liars, sure. but most descriptions of libras describe us as balanced, when the reality is more like bipolar. lol. libras hide our extremes very well usuaully, so of course we often seem balanced. aquas are amazing liars, so of course they seem honest.

I usually win out with the Scorp mooner in the Pisces I dated. But he was too far gone with drug/sex addiction. So...forget it!

the Aquarius with scorpio moon? Jesus freaking christ. That man wanted to RULE! My mind, my body, EVERYTHING! He saw me as a "challenge" while he had practically tons of women after him but didnt want them. Possessive!! I was having none of that. And he got abusive because I wouldn't bow down. He will never see me again, that's for sure. The guy I'm dating is possessive, but in gentle way, (very NICE) I can tell him to shut the hell up in a fun loving way and he'll get all cuddly with me and laugh. I like that. And he will shut the hell up after awhile.

Oh, so you have some understanding of Sag mooners too. :-)

Agreed. Anything but balanced, normally. A time of balance is rare and coveted indeed.

Leo-Aqua would probably be my fave axis.

Personally, I haven't liked the few Librans I've met.

Sometimes they just keep opinions to themselves because they prefer to see another happy rather than be cutting. It's all in the intent.

Pleasing everyone.. no.. who can do that mean feat? Libras tend to shower their attention on very few - sort of their inner circle.. they're not humanitarians like Aquas.

Everyone goes through that from time to time. Some prefer to voice it out.. others keep it to themselves or write on a journal.. it doesn't mean shes judgemental (in fact everyone is), it means she chose to let you into her thoughts so you might bounce back some positivity. But when you say you make her SEE it is unhealthy, it might not be the best method because first, you are not taking her side, and second, you are showing you're judging her. I hate to offer you advice when you didn't ask, but, first, take her side and then you can say whatever.

Yes ditto, but alot of signs misconstrue it as lying. I just see it as signage differences. I myself don't lie, sometimes omit, but I have to admit I had a Libra lie to me before. I dont even know what's up.

If you tell them yes, what result would you get? Just lowering someone's self esteem when they should accept how they are. I will probably tell them the clothes they look better at, without any insinuation to the current. Some others see it as lying, but I personally don't. We're just tactful.

Neither do I, but in this world of sharks, strength is heralded and being nice is seen as PC, pushovers, blah blah.. the so called definition of "strength" would be demeaning, one-up remarks.. its so not up typical Libra's alley.

Exactly. Plus the neutrality thing. Sometimes, I REALLY sit on the fence. An opinion isn't really worth it at times. Neutrality is gold. I just sit on the fence and watch others trip over their own preconceived notions. It doesn't bother me. And yes regarding seeing multple perspectives. It makes us take time (a loong time) to reconcile the differing viewpoints, and an unwarranted intrusion (usually by a power hungry sign or impulsive sign to MAKE YOU MIND UP QUICK!) isn't welcome at all.

Plus, I also keep forgetting Aquas are not perfect as they make themselves out to be.. they usually like to be seen as immaculate, the tower of strength, the untouchable and the 'Mother Theresa'.. the messiah humanity, or at least the group they involve with needs for salvation in their lives.

But Aquas are very much human, with jealouses, imperfections and petty flaws that permeate everyone else.. their flaw is striving for that 'untouchable' status. It's a paradox because by being 'untouchable', they are pushing away how they really feel to be seen as untouched by fallible emotion/ flaws.
