What Should I Do

I met this libra guy a month ago we exchange some text back and forth of him asking about me and in vice versa. We agreed to meet up twice but it didn't happen. Whenever the day comes around I wait and see if he's going to follow through with the plans made or going to mention anything about it. I didn't hear from him so I feel like he didnt really wanna see me. I didnt contact him nor did he contact me but we have a mutual hang out spot I went to this weekend when see me he flirts and gives signals indicating he wants to sleep with me. The next day he text asking wyd and stuff like that I asked the same and I said if you wanna meet up we can I would like to see you he didn't reply. Sometimes when we are exchanging text back and forth he just stop and don't reply to the last message. When he does this I stop I don't send out anymore not do I try and contact him if he wants to talk or wants me he will come for me but it's getting pretty annoying. I try and see him and it's not happening I think he likes me or maybe he just wants sex! what should I do?

Well sweetheart, there is nothing you can do. Tell him you aren't willing to set up plans but instead meet up with him once he's arrived at the destination. It sounds like things may be progressing slowly, either he's trying to get out of something, and moving slowly towards you, or he's just not a man of his word.
