Do soul mates hurt each other?

Do Soul Mates Unintentionally Hurt Each Other

Soul mates often experience deep emotional connections that can lead to misunderstandings and unintentional hurt. Despite recognizing each other's spiritual bond, human imperfections and unresolved issues can cause pain. These challenges are seen as part of soul growth and learning, helping both individuals evolve spiritually over time.

Unconsciously?

I always 'thought' soul mates recognize each other on a spiritual level, so they would only help and support each other even without being aware?

Do they hurt each other unintentionally? Is there such a lesson or agreement made between the two souls?

Please add more controversies about this topic

To be honest, the concept of soul mates has been so romanticized that their true purpose has been lost.

Soul mates are here to teach lessons. Some are for short term, others are for the long term and they can be anybody. Not just a lover. Friends, parents, etc.

Look at it this way...define "help and support." The universe's way of teaching is by holding a mirror up to us. Soul mates do that. They are a direct reflection of who we are...both good and bad.

Let's go to the obvious example...relationships...toxic ones. Every one that I've seen, both people show the exact same traits. Abuse, the abuse each other or other people in one way or another. Many other things. By having us deal directly with the energy we put our to others, we learn how to change and grow.

Soul mates can be a pain in the arse because they come into our lives to help heal us....which can be a very painful process

Luckily a lot of them move on when the job is done

I don't believe in this kind of thing. What if your soul mate dies?

They often do, when the work is done

So when our soul mate die we don't have soul mate anymore? Forever alone lol

We can have several soul mates, soul family etc

Isn't that twin flames where you can have several?

Lol whatever that is I don't believe if there is only one.

I love the closest one fully then if they are gone or dead i'll treat the replacement the same way.

This describes it pretty well, but if you're asking for personal experience, I have to go with what was mentioned above;

A love so deep that you both are lost in each other. You instinctively know that other person without really understanding why, and each time you look at their eyes, you don't see something physical, you see something completely enveloping, almost like an abyss, yet it stares back at you with the same intensity, the same effort and the same love you look into it with. IT is so addicting it's like it will never really end, that you've known this person forever, yet for only really one second.

It's also a love so deep that both need to be sure of who they are, they need to be sure they are ready to stay with that other person and they both need to be mature enough not to cause trouble or to wander off out of spite and bond with another because they are angry. It's so deep that you need to come up for air otherwise it can be smothering. You need to communicate and express succinctly what it is you want/need so the other isn't blindsided. It's so deep that even when it's over, you wander back into eachother's lives with the same rush... and unless growth has happened, the same headaches.

It's some of the most emotional/spiritual fulfilling bonds, but can easily be one of the most painful if one or both parties do not communicate.

Source: Experience.

Soul mates however are the people you feel are there every step of the way; you learn who they are before connecting with them on a deeper level, it's much more of a slow burn. That person is close to you because they helped guide you to recovery, and you helped them in some capacity as well. These relationships have a purpose of healing you, stabilizing you and bringing you back to where you were. They aren't always romantic relationships, although you might question the idea of entering a relationship with them, but from what I've gone through they are always that person you thank for being the anchor that held you and kept you from drifting.

Everyone hurts each both intentionally and not, both ways are for karmic reasons that need to happen for all involved.

Not all life is predestined, but major life events are, in the sense what needs to happen and to whom, we control the how they happen because of freewill.

We all make soul contracts with all those who we will encounter
