Not really. You get into a relaxed meditative "alpha" state, then you visualize touching, kissing, caressing your target. While you are visualizing, you're supposed to actually feel their skin, hair etc. Your target feels the touch and subconsciously associates it with you, over time becoming more and more drawn to you.
I have done it... astral projection/remote seduction. It was not necessary. A Scorpio... (and I think a Leo as well). Because it was unnecessary, the Scorp is still sprung today and it annoys me so much but, that's what I get for fucking with people.

Oh and, the longer and more specific you are taking your time visualizing traveling to there home, like you are walking, driving, flying, etc., the more effective. Choosing an entrance - door, ceiling, or twisting the door handle, etc.

I have actually done that. It took some days to get to the person. I was actually enjoying doing it, but it is very uncomfortable if you get it back. 😄
I think the guy I tried this on did do it back to me. It was a couple of days apart. I did the RS and fell asleep, while I was asleep I felt a hand squeeze my butt, few nights later I felt the same hand caress my face. I didn't feel uncomfortable, I was like whooo yes!!!
