Didn't love but liked it. It is a movie everyone should support though. Original movies need to be supported. We can't complain about the 10th Transformers movie when the box office shows that makes money and lament the lack of original movies when things like Annihilation doesn't.
No, the movie is definitely overrated. Shares significant amount of similarities with Alice in wonderland, not fan of those kind of work.
enjoyed it...beautiful film...just saw it in theater a few weeks ago so surprised to see Netflix has it already....
Really enjoyed this one. Was still thinking about it hours after and always love when that happens.

Did anyone else enjoy this movie? I’m so glad I saw this movie on Netflix the other day, I regret not watching it at the cinemas because I hear people say the last act was awesome at the movies.
I loved it! It was creepy, symbolic and had gore, horror and sci fi what more could a girl want other than answers? Lol
That final act was so weird with the alien and just the whole eco system in the shimmer was weird and the rules and order of things that went on inside struck a nerve with me, especially when they first got in there and woke up after three days and don’t remember pitching their tents...
I’m so glad that cosmic horror is being represented more and more in theatres the more we touch on extra dimensional beings and concepts the more we open ourselves up to the insanity of the universe
