Decided to create my own topic on this. This topic is for anyone to post about antisemitic attacks in the world to bring awareness.

The Free Palestine movement protestors shouting “gas the Jews”. These same people used to argue online hiding under the disguise that they were anti-Zionists. Anti-Zionism is antisemitism and it has been well known as that since they were arguing back in the 2000s.

Just a couple days ago, a shooter opened fire inside a classroom at Brown University, where another Jewish professor taught. The suspect is also on the run—

Nuno F.G. Loureiro, a professor of nuclear science and engineering and physics at MIT. As Director of MIT's Plasma Science and Fusion Center, he led one of the world's premier fusion research labs, overseeing efforts toward practical fusion power.



I swear, the Nazis did the same thing. Killed Jewish scientists and other high-ranking Jewish people. There would be a cure to cancer already in the works in society if the Nazis did not do that. Also, Iran struck the cancer research institute in Israel with a missile. No different than the Nazis.

IMHO, If one looks at a historical perspective, anti-semitism has been the proverbial canary in the coal mine prior to greater atrocities occurring in many of the societies in which they resided.

And when said from certain quarters, anti-zionist==anti-semitism.

I may have issues with the way Israel conducts certain things, but I don't turn it into a blood libel.

Actually, Brown University was the officer of the student Republican club, and not afraid to speak out (hmmm. Sounds like someine who was the topic of another thread)

The Combat Antisemitism Movement and Holocaust Awareness Ireland expressed grave concern over the imagery, warning that such public displays of bigotry reflect a troubling shift in national sentiment and a failure of the general citizenry to reject explicit threats against the Jewish minority.

Local government officials and the Louth County Council have formally denounced the vandalism, emphasizing that such acts violate Ireland's core values of equality and inclusiveness while launching a full investigation into the incident.
