Posted by FirstDecanTaurianWomen0428I read that graveyard shifts are hard on the body. Do u feel that your health has been affected, or did you adjust?
I'm all the above but from 9am-4pm I'm sleep. Aqua moon. I don't know if i will ever go back to normal again after working 12 hour night shift jobs for 4 years now and counting.

I also talk in my sleep, walk in my sleep, and am very moody when I wake up. I make coffee and chill for at least an hour before cleaning, cooking, or making time to go out.

Posted by fugu2Not many people do except if you work in the medical profession then you'll have people to talk to and perhaps meet.
@fdtw - that sounds rough, I would fall apart with that schedule 😱

Posted by fugu2my raccoons come out from 9-11pm
I define liking to wake up anywhere from:
4-7:59 am = morning lark
8-9 am = day hummingbird
9 am - 2 pm = night owl
2 pm - 3:59 am = raccoon
which are you, & what's your moon?
Has anyone successfully converted themselves into a morning lark? How?
