Astrological Discrimination

Honestly, when you think about it, just look at all the descriptions they give for each sign.
Then look at the placements, which they will give a description as well.
Good or bad, if you believe it, then, you may be apt to dislike, even hate, a person based
solely on whatever their placements are. Spreading your poison, infecting one another as
one transmits an sexually transmitted disease. - It is no different than any other form
of discrimination and that is wrong!

Ive been astrologically discriminated against and I have discriminated against other signs. Lol. I just called Taurus men boring. :-0

i recently discriminated against libra... just because i tend to like aquarius and geminis more. lol. but anyway, i have two libra placements and my sun sign is on the cusp to libra so i should be loyal to libra... but having libra placements myself means that i don't have much loyalty. lol. but i still love libra though. 🙂

I don't know if I've been discriminated against or not for being a pisces. I don't know that I'd care if a person disliked me for being a pisces. I tend not to care about other people's opinions of me any way. Got that "fuck it" in my system naturally.

I try not to discriminate against people based on their sign, because there are exceptions to every rule. But there are some signs that I do not mix well with. If I consistently see a pattern, I can't ignore it.

I am just curious where they get their ideas from.
Because you'll see people pick and choose a romance with someone based on their sign and not the
content of their character. - something's amiss, I think.

I don't know. I judge people by how they treat me. I would never reject or accept someone based solely on their sign. Especially now that I have come to understand how other placements effect personality. Also an astrological chart does not equate a personality.

I think it may be the place where I leave this world. I suppose if one must move on, it's a beautiful
place to do so. I've told my girls that I thought I would like to have my ashes divided and scattered in the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans for a memorial. This way, no matter where they are, on earth, they will be reminded that my arms are holding and surrounding them, and my grandchildren, forever.
Though young and defiant, maybe some day, they may discover me in their hearts.

yes I used to say Virgo's (male) were boring--true all except 1. Taurus men? Yup still boring! Still looking to try an elusive Scorpio so I can see if it's true about their capabilities in bed... Hey that's the word about Scorps...I just want to test it out, lol!

Though some do, as for me, I don't live by astrology nor numerology.
Will Rogers once said "I never met a man I didn't like" - what that means is that he didn't form an
opinion of someone until after he met them. - Makes sense to me. I do that all the time.
I usually give someone a benefit of a doubt, and be patient with them. Then... if they persist
in doing me wrong, it's time to part ways.
It's far better to be at peace, at a great distance, than at war, up close.

That's right. Teach a child the way he should go and when he is grown, he will go in that direction.
So many new parents don't quite allow that concept to sink in, early on.
The attitude of the parent dictates an awful lot what the child will learn.
If the parent is full of hate/love, the child can inherit that same hate/love, simply
because children learn by example. Not just words.
Parenting is a tremendous responsibility in which the distant future must be considered.
Does the parent want a peaceful future in the twilight of their years? They must teach
the their children to be peaceful. Same concept applies as one goes down the check-list
of considerations. (way too much to delve into, here)
When they are grown, they fly off from the nest. And the world evolves. In the twilight
of our years, we then harvest what we had sown, so long ago.

and she said that I see dead people.

It's funny, I said the exact same thing earlier on the Taurus board. I thought it was a pisces trait, but perhaps it's a water sign trait. I always give people the benefit of the doubt in the beginning. People start at 100 with me, not zero. I reserve judgement until I get to know them. I observe their actions and reactions during every interaction I have with them, and if I deem them to be of poor character then I wash my hands of them. It's that simple.

I think this must be a water sign trait also. I'm the same way.

I start most everyone at 100, however, if their actions demote them to 50 or below, they must proceed to kick rocks with bobby socks.
