Beater Mother Fucking Cars

I seem to have convinced myself that i need a beater-ass fucking car... solely because i love my posh-ass Volvo and hate putting miles on it.

I'm looking for something specific. 80's vw, neither here nor there, but is there some strategy i should be utilizing to maximize efficiency to attain the piece of shit i'm looking fir?

All it needs is -10 degrees camber in the back, lowering springs, and a big wing in the back to give you 30 extra horsepower

If u really want one, Craigslist would be great if your in America. Finding one with great aesthetics would be hard. I say buy a dirt cheap one and do an engine overhaul with some suspension. You can probably get 150k-200k more miles off it, assuming the chassis is still nice and strong.

it could be ugly as shit and have no doors, but i would like something reliable.

I have friends that use Craigslist successfully for car purchases. They buy simple cars like older "rice rockets" like the 92-98 Honda civics and Acura Integras. The successful ones bought it from older white men or women. No kidding. By older, I mean looking like they are 50+ years old, from their mouths not mines. You might have to do some fishing of course. Listen to their voice to see if they sound like senior citizens on the phone. Im sure they don't have to be white, but I think it has to do with the "baby boomers" taking good care of their cars and maintaining it well.

You can always get a 97-99 Acura Integra GSR. It's kind of "peppy", but reliable. Power weight ratio makes it light and gives you some kind of fun compared to other reliable options

there are a lot of scooters around here though... starting to think about just getting one of those.

that's not realistic though, honestly.

there are times i'm running late and find myself whipping up the street just to get to work on time.

i'm just looking for a freaking hyundai accent that runs and will pass inspection.

one of the cars i looked at, i swear to god i put that bitch in drive and let go of the brake and it was like the earth stopped turning. i stepped on the gas a little bit and guess what happened? ain't shit.

i floored it and guess what happened? i pulled out like a little-ass fuckin' tugboat.

i should probably buy it, it pretty much meets my requirements.
