My roommate stores her ketchup and sriracha in the refrigerator. I suspect it's because she thinks it'll prevent bacterial growth and stay preserved longer. Better safe than sorry?
But I've noticed that lots of condiments come with a "refrigerate after opening" label on them nowadays, so it might just be a force of habit. *shrugs*
I have yet to have hot sauce or ketchup spoil on me! I even don't refrigerate pickles. Granted, I do eat a lot of it.
Pfffft! People today are soft with their bacteria fears! Back in my day, people made their own ketchup with their bare hands.
And to say that cold hot sauce tastes better - BLASPHEMY! It tastes less spicy.

I DO. It's weird to me. Cold hotsauce on hot food? BLEAH!
But it's all in jest and fun, honestly. I wanted to do a bit. It's hard for people to understand tongue-in-cheek moments online.
I do. I rarely use ketchup, or any condiment/ added taste enhancer though so I own the same bottle for years sometimes. If the expire date is still good obviously.

Yes?here everything is bio and healthy, no mass production,almost every house grows their vegetables even in cities people grow some?my father grows back in the village his own vegetables, u cant imagine french fries with homegrown potatoes?also onions,cucumber,real flavor tomatoes,beans?

That's amazing, and it's how it was meant to be. I purchase from farmer's markets but not nearly as much as you seem to do. I need to up my game.
One of the trickiest things is to think of veggies as the main course. The way you talk, it's as though you appreciate that veggies is actual food and not an appetizer or a side. ??

VAIT A MINUTE...
Putting peppers in the freeze makes them
hotter/spicier ... that's what they told me
during my extended stay in New Mexico.
So how is that possible?
You think they lie? o.O
I ♡ pineapple on pizza.
And I keep ketchup in the fridge.
But not peanut butter because thats ridiculous.

Yeah, fresh ingredients is a different story. When they are refrigerated - they are allowed to age longer, and older peppers are spicier, so that makes sense. The same with spaghetti sauce - it tastes better the older it is, but it can't "sit" for long unless it's refrigerated.
I don't think the same applies to not-made-fresh hot sauces.

I keep my Sriracha in the cupboard. It never lasts long anyways. I go through the big bottle in a week or a little less. The ketchup is in the fridge, but if it was me, this house would never have ketchup because I don't care much for it. It's usually people buying ketchup and leaving it here either from a BBQ at my house or etc. I usually end up throwing it away when I see more than 2 bottles of ketchup just to cycle it out.
Srieacha is LYFE! My Sea-Goat isn't a fan of ketchup, either. He's sweet and supports my addiction (by not allowing me to buy the regular kind and, instead, getting me organic ketchup with no high fructose corn syrup.) He will eat it occasionally, but I'm that person that wants fries with dat ketchup! 😆
It's hard for me to eat fries (Five Guys, what up!) without ketchup unless it's Cajun fries - then I prefer them with just different hot sauces.
I have this hot sauce that's called 'El Yucateco.' It's labeled as a "Mayan Recipe." It's a habenero pepper hot sauce, and it is hotter than the ghostpepper hot sauce I recently bought. I got the habenero hot sauce at a small, local Mexican restaurant. Amazing stuff

its for me bc i am very picky?i eat most veggies but not most meat,i only eat meat on pizza,or hamburgers?other people here eat heavy stuff 3 times a day,i am different

I took back my like after I read the ketchup comment. =.= DXP needs to allow for half-likes.
I have this organic peanut butter (the oil separates and you have to mix it up and s hit) and it won't last long if it's not refrigerated. It usually comes in a small jar or container. My Sea-Goat is into that. I, personally, like the supermarket stuff and it's so shameful because I have access to the homemade, organic shiz.
I have always preferred creamy peanut butter but he's turned me on to crunchy because it's all he eats. It was a very big step for me and, at that moment, was when I had to decide if our relationship was worth it.

Hell yeah I love spice. Special hot sauces or bomb too. I like trying different bottles. I had one made with habanero peppers and I just ate it everyday at work LOL idk what it was called but it had a skull on it with a warning label saying it could strip wax off floors. I just eat my fries with ranch or mayonnaise LOL the Mayo trips people out and they think I'm disgusting for it

SITCHYO ASS DOWN! You do the mayo thing, too! My boyfriend mixes ketchup with mayo and sriracha for his fries, and it makes me want to cry! He also eats a srircha, mayo, and banana sandwich and SWEARS it's good. W T actual F! I can't deal with that!
I tell him that he can't comment on any of my quirks when he eats such weird sandwiches!
