how was the wedding?

this weekend i ended up getting roped into cooking. it was cool though because it kept my mind off of stuff and any chance i can get to practice cooking is good. so i stuffed a flippin turkey, ham, stuffing, mac and cheese. the turkey was f'n baggin. i think i've got a formula for making it moist and flavorful. AWESOME! anyhoo, it was sorta like thanksgiving dinner. do you guys have/eat whole turkeys in AU? i know they're not common in europe.
