hey VB. he's well but not well. thanks for asking.

he had a small stroke during one of the seizures. he has slight paralysis on one side and has to remain in the hospital for 6 weeks. he still has swelling on the brain and is still talking incoherently. once the swelling goes down, they'll be able to determine if the stroke will have long term effects physically and/or if he suffers any long term learning disabilities.

when he was "coherent," they asked if he wanted to speak to my other nephew who is his best friend. so they called the other nephew and when they gave him the phone, he just kept hugging it 😢

he's still pretty out of it so right now, we're just waiting and at the end of the day, he's still here.

Actually, I even prefer the idea of threads being here for a day or two and then disappearing. Imagine everything you do and say being recorded just so some randomer can pin you to it some months down the line or so that others can just pick it apart. No disrespect to anyone here or anything that's happened though ... it's just my opinion.

But I do like when old threads come out again sometimes. So them disappearing would have a huge downfall too.
