Off the topic but I was just thinking which sign likes to show off the most with brands (not only cloths, just about everything) and its def Capricorn (usually male) imo. They also have amazing style

For the gentlemen, from an observational point of view. One would think Librans, Bulls, and Goats, on occasion a Lion (but their tastes, hmm, varies, they may not be the best, but they do flaunt and show!).

(911, you could never go off topic in here...Anything Goes)

From years of very close observation, I met some libras who didnt have a good style and were going more for dirty, homeless kind of look (very very few, in general I find leebs to be one of the best dressed) but I still havent met a single cap who didnt know how to dress and who didnt care about brands. In the contrary to those 3, I find virgos to be the least stylish. No matter how much money they have, they just dont give a shit. This is coming from my obs and experience only

Hah, I must agree. One have met some terribly dressed Librans in my lifetime, where one looks at them and wonders, what happened? Whatever was in the skies, in the planets, they must have missed out on you 😈

/sarcasm

Although, in general, Caps have brand (the, some what intimidating nature which comes with it, or that is what some should think *shrugs*), often that comes served with a certain level of immaculate looks and ' style ' but it does not always translate across, to class, elegance nor sophistication. They lack charm, it looks good but not extraordinary. Well, one would not limit it to Librans but even those with blatant Libran influences from other signs, they carry off looks with great charisma and that shines through and well. Bulls are about about solid quality, first and foremost, then the quiet elegance which exudes, it is not forceful or in your face when they get it right, it is a sensual energy, beautifully put together looks that are, in general grounded.

(Personal Opinion)

it's very predictable. merc, brioni, hermes, rolex, omega, patek, chanel, mont blanc. but for me i admire that they have purchasing power. i don't like my taste going over my purchasing power. i have jupiter in capricorn.

Interesting, one would find it horrid if one had purchasing power but lacking in complete taste, money never buys style , it may buy you cookie cutter looks but never true a personality mark of your own. Taste/personal style will definitely reign as priority for myself, then followed closely by purchasing power, not for flaunting's sake but for quality's sake, admiration for the art, the craftsmanship.

i like em. gangsters and kingpins often have this. it's like ur so fucking tacky but ur also so awesome!

i just thing it can be learned. so 1 thing is harder to achieve than the other.

Hihi TLS, I agree, I didnt take charisma and charm into consideration, if I did, caps would prob be at the bottom on my list (male caps mostly), some cap fems I know are very very charming

After all this while 911, one finally knows your chart. A very interesting mixture of only three absolute signs, you must be rather fixed πŸ™‚

Well, the Mui Mui bag would fit perfectly after what I have just seen.

Pin-stripes on Pin-stripes...what do you think?

i used to do it. i like the suit stripes to be about a finger in width the shirt less.

The would have to be contrasting widths or it would come across within the same palette, perhaps not as different as in the photograph but nonetheless required but how much? A matter of personal taste. What sort of pin-stripes do you prefer on the suit?

All in the small details; neatly rolling up the sleeves, although on a minimal width, it adds a sense of 'I could care less' yet he chooses to contrast this by fully buttoning up his shirt.

i'm very fixed mind you. i just usually like 1 thing and stick to it.

blue and white alternating pinstripes finger width separation.

bengal striped shirt.

Fixed as a rock wall. One forgets.

Bull/Lion/Stinger = Never trying new things.

...and for the suit?

Talk about colours and patterns, but this man pulls it off.

tiz: Pull this look out of the hat.

Very well!

One loves the hint of turquoise; on the belt and the pocket square. The fact that over he use two main colours but of variant shades so it makes a loud statement without being crude or harsh, it makes sense, to the eyes on viewing. The quaint yet simply tie clip, adds a touch of kooky sharpness to the upper body, a few small detail but well used, keeps it pulled together. That specific collar in contrast with his knot, playful but serious?

It suits him πŸ™‚

The first one is scary :/

Absolutely, thank heavens tiz have not gone that far yet...but the 'fashionable' crowd would call that creative *shrugs*

if it were the color of just the sleeve. i like mint green.

Mint green is so entirely tricky, it must be the right shade but I agree one likes is as well, it does work well as a shot of colour, if one wears a shirt of that colour when the rest of the suit is subdued.

lol the way I see it, if the guy wants to rock a mish-mash and be "creative" then more power to him. Maybe he or someone else will learn out of that.

But I only really push the boat out with one piece, two touches max. Like the last picture with the guy matching his contrast belt with the pocket square... that's a great touch. Not full on attention seeking but just pushing the boat out that little bit away from the field.

"Creative" looks awfully frightening at times, it makes one ponder- "What was he thinking when he woke up that morning?" But most definitely power to them, for actually being brave enough to wear it with confidence.

The entire pajama look that was going on a while back, yes or no?

(My opinion, could not stand the robe, but I like the deep crimson red pocket square poking out.)

You need to be walking on your way to a baller/shot caller type of car to pull this stuff off. Like if you're just dropping off some mail before you hop back into your Bugatti with Ajman plates on it then no one is going to do anything but tip their hat to you for that level of not giving a damn

*giggles*
Brings back certain memories with the way you described it, yes a man in those cases, will most definitely pull it off but this man is simply walking around, he fails to emit that special aura.

It's nice. except I don't understand why he's wearing jeans? The top half is flawless.

I like the top half as well but then somewhere it looks lost but it does not look half bad though as a whole package, but it does not have that spark. Something is missing.
