Does the human race need new insults?

Earlier I called someone a vulva, and he flipped out. If I had called him a pusssy or a cunnt, he probably wouldn't bat an eyelid.

Humans have become too desensitized to the popular insults. We need new & better ones.

The most stupid ones always end up being the most offensive.
