What prompts the disrespect?
Third time is either....you go work for trash ppl that pay well because noone will come work for the trash or ....its you, doing something, maybe even subconsciously.

Do you feel there is nothing steady with how you are being promoted, like there could be some other meaning behind it?
You just don't feel the company is right for you?

Follow your heart, Sag. Do what you feel is genuinely right for you. I think with Jupiter supporting you guys right now, you'll have a good shot at finding something that can please you.
My Moon is in Sag and North Node are in Sag and I am in a similar situation involving like serious life decisions

The 2nd raise, yes I felt like that one was merit based. It didnt come from conflict or issues.
The promotion talk did arise out of conflict.
I wanted this job for a long time. Be careful what you wish for. It's been quite the reality check.
Deep down, no. This is not the place for me.
It may be wise to keep a facade of stability, don't show it at work and take time to find a concrete route away from it, unless anything would come up to remove the seed of doubts you have.
Hope it works out for you.click to expand

With Jupiter about to hit a retrograde, do all the research before you make any moves. Now might be a goood time to go to a consulting firm, or look at your skills and see how they might translate to another industry and take a leap.
You can always take the promotion and still quit as soon as you find something right. Seems a bit cold but so I’d buying you off with raises and promotions. When in Rome, learn how to play bureaucracy against the bureaucrats lol.

The 1st time it happened, 2 years ago within a month of me being hired.
I was constantly being spied on, stalked, every move was questioned. I would be having a normal water cooler conversation and by the time I got back to my desk, my boss would meet me and ask me what i was talking about.
It was nuts.
Apparently the person before me sent do their job and they thought I would follow in her footsteps.
I told HR I wanted to leave because it felt like a hostile environment.
Within days, I was given a raise that was NOT merit based.
Yeah my job picked skills are not too good.
I have thought about not returning to Corporate America. I mean how many job do I have to leave before I get the point.click to expand

Can you work for yourself in your career path? Or you need corporate America to get to the level you want. If not, maybe it’s time to start your own thing.click to expand

Right now, yes I need their cash to fund other projects.

There has been talk of promotion at work but it feels so dirty and muddled. I've gone through alot of conflicts and difficult personalities. But I always deliver a stellar work product. No matter what.
Recently my boss again was disrespectful towards me. In the past, hes acted immature and gives me raises to say "I'm sorry."
The last "game" was enough for me and I started a new job search. This will become the 3rd job ive left due to disrespect.
I feel like he senses this and now wants to give me a promotion. Just talks, no paperwork. Carrot on a string??
The promotions feels so dirty. It doesnt even feel like I earned it.
Maybe I'm over thinking.
It just feels like a fear based move and not genuine.
