Funniest part is, most women can't handle a friends with benefits relationship. She ends up catching feelings, the guy doesn't feel the same way, she gets hurt and turns bitter and that's when she starts going on rants about how ''men'' are scumbags lol

right.

I think 20 something girls have really no idea of what they talk. Look at Chris Brown's ex gf. All blabla about "the unconditional love", IG prayers, and "his failure happened cause his ex gf was not a lady". All that propaganda. Then at the end of the story she had to leave him cause he had a child from his multiple cheat attacks.

There's a difference between individual choices and an unhealthy empidemy. I see no reason why a girl in her 20ies should follow this dangerous trend. Everybody has a right on good memories from their youth.

[...] Pretty Woman and I never aspired to be an escort after watching it. I also enjoyed the two movies mentioned but was more entertained at the fact both leading men were aquarius.

You are not giving people the opportunity for personal responsibility. By assuming what is best for them.....you are actually taking it away.

....and 'who' exactly should get to dictate what we should watch/read/listen to, to begin with?

I do not assume anything is good or bad. I do not assume there is no individual choice. I just call propaganda as propaganda. I would be coolder if you tell me they have mainstream movies along which we can cry on failed FWBs. Like the Cancer movies. Then I'd be cool.

Also I don't think FWB is a new invention. That we didn't have it 300 years ago in Europe. I'm pretty sure in islamic countries it has been a common thing that divorced women have FWB with younger unexperienced men. Of course some have fantasized he would marry her

I know FWB is out there now as a generation thing. I know they have their rationalisations to do it: their individual reasons or the ones they copy-pasted from media. I just ask: girls, tell us how it works for your generation. To be so practical? With only 25?

You're pre-framing your question with the "misled" part though.

Interesting. You have Sun in a Venus sign and cannot get what my point is. I'm only caring for young girls in their 20ies. Those white/empty pages.

even animals use songs, colors and dances when about to pair themselves.

why should a young girl be mislead to do without all the good things of the first experiences?

It is her choice to do so IF she chooses that route in life. Who are we to say that is not a good thing in life? Who is misleading her? Society? Friends?

She is making her OWN choice to have sex without a relationship. Dont judge. Trial and error carve the path for our future.

I gotta say, I have yet to meet anyone (that I know of at least) who has been in an actual FWB situation. I always figured it was one of those things that "Hollywood" projects but never really happens… kinda like when the movies show a couple of young dudes smoking weed and hallucinating as a result. Most folks know thats not what the real high is like, but thats how we like to perceive it. Same with FWB… I think we like to THINK about it more than actually do it.

Doesn't seem like it happens a lot imo, but i have no idea lol. People would probs want to keep it a secret in fear that they will be judged.

yeah, possibly.

on the other hand
according to my theory of propaganda they may even want to show off with it. It depends on in which circles they are moving. Something similar to silicon breasts. Some swear it's natural. The others show off with them. Afterall they did a good job to follow the trends, right?
