Going back to the gym. Yes or no—
Only if your 55 and older cause gyms are doing a senior hour out here, closing down before and after to sanitize. Reportedly gym is empty during this time.
But honestly I wouldn’t risk it.
I really miss the pool. But even if they reopen I’m not gonna feel comfortable enough to go. Side breathing into the lane next to you, no thanks.
@OP the governor of california just announced to close the gyms again so maybe wait alittle before going to the gym.
I would stay out of the gym for a bit. Just do some workouts at home to stay in shape. Gyms are notorious for spreading disease.
What’s more important? Making gains? Or living to make gains another day?

How risky do you think it is to to back to the gym during the pandemic? My membership is active and I have to decide if I’m going back or cancel it. they usually wear gloves and masks but I have elderly parents and I’m going to work everyday. I don’t want to out anyone at risk. My parents don’t live with me but I see them sometimes.
