Of course this is IMO and how I would feel and do things but come on. She continues to ask because you continue to give it to her. It's like taking candy from a baby. She's a Taker and you are a Giver. But there are some things you should keep to yourself or you eventually will feel like everyone just takes everything from you - even though you are the one that could never say NO.

If it's hard for you to do just think about this:
What will happen if you continue to do this?
You will help her so much that she has an easy start.
Next thing: you both will be competing in the same market. She will run off with your customers stealing them one by one. Do you think she will give you customers? Don't think so. And how will you feel then? Right, used and hurt.
She hasn't showed you fairness so far, so why would she start while she starts making money with her business? Seems like she's taking advantage of you. This will only end bad for YOU. Not for her.

-steal my idea,
-keep it a secret from me,
-then reveal it , expect me to be ok with it
-and on top of that have the nerve to ask me to help them with it.
