OK so I have to butt in - I didn't read the rest of the posts - why do you keep asking/complaining about her getting your business information from you - if you don't give it to her, she will stop asking - I don't know why are you even speaking to her anymore.
Of course this is IMO and how I would feel and do things but come on. She continues to ask because you continue to give it to her. It's like taking candy from a baby. She's a Taker and you are a Giver. But there are some things you should keep to yourself or you eventually will feel like everyone just takes everything from you - even though you are the one that could never say NO.

Both competition and collaboration are good, they make things a lot easier. You can just copy off her, you are both splitting the work between you both either way.

But it's tough when someone uses you friendship in this way. My friends would never:
-steal my idea,
-keep it a secret from me,
-then reveal it , expect me to be ok with it
-and on top of that have the nerve to ask me to help them with it.
Your "friend" also could have proposed that you two start this business together.
