I draw...well doodle, loves it! I also paint, I like to make bracelets, lots of random mixed media experimentation. I enjoy going through the house, finding random things and seeing what I can do with them lol.

I absolutely love my watercolors! I was thinking of trying to get into oils...maybe try n follow a Bob Ross tutorial, see how well I follow directions lol. Why not, it'd be fun regardless.
I have a few books I'm reading - I need to learn how to just have one thing goin on so that I actually finish shit lol.

Oh man, I love collecting rocks and whatnot. I'm always looking n picking up the cool looking ones. I had a cheapo polisher back when I was a teen...I should look into getting one. I carry rocks in my purse lol. I also wanna start getting more crystals and stuff. Very into that!
Posted by stopeI CPR'd a DJI P4 battery from the brink on the weekend. And replaced a couple of bulging caps with some rubycons on an old Epox board after finding them buried in the bottom of a box with a missing set of alligators to fix said smart battery.
Twas a solid personal victory.

So I invested in my first rotary tool for polishing and cutting and I’m really glad I did! It’s a good starter tool at least. Nothing too expensive either. It’s really cool seeing the rough start to the polished finish. And finding them is half the fun haha. Start with a guide to your local area and what stones are native. There should be a map online.

Hmmm, I’m trying to remember when I bought my first set and I think I was in high school. I used to play with them here and there but my friends made me feel bad when I did.... everyone thought I was weird pfft and sensitive me, well, I didn’t want to be even more of a freak lol. So I only did it here and there when I was alone. Then after rehab I guess it was, I began looking for a way to decrease stress and it was something I always remembered feeling very at peace focusing on—that and archery but my shoulder is fucked. I started doing it regularly probably 10 years ago.
I haven’t been doing it for the last 2-3 years since my purse got stolen with mine. I was down to just 1 after many moves and it was the perfect size and balance.... I just don’t know where to even begin looking for a replacement but I gotta just bite the bullet and pick a set. I’m finally ready to begin again.... it’s a great feeling and even better now that I don’t care what anyone else thinks of me hah.

What’s cool about the rotary is it has bits for wood and even metal! If you like jewelry making, you can make your own beads and stuff this way! I love different types of jewelry making too including wire wrapping which is really cool to see everyone’s different style s in doing so.

I was torn between deciding that too.
I nearly went with oils because I like the idea of working on big canvas. But for now I went with watercolour, stacked up on supplies last week and got the brushes, ink, the whole nine.

I've heard quite a few people say that watercolors scare them, or that they seem difficult to work with, etc. I find them the easiest medium to paint with. You can mask mistakes better imo 😅😁 idk, I guess I'm just a watercolors lover 💛
