How do I add a photo to my profile?

Every time I try to upload a photo, it says YOUR BROWSER DOESN'T HAVE FLASH, SILVERLIGHT OR HTML5 SUPPORT.", my computer has that on it so I'm not sure what else I can do. Can anyone help me figure that out?

Thank you for your response. I actually tried that numerous times, and it didn't help. Really strange because it will show up in the box as the title of the pic, but just won't upload.

I don't get why people are having issues with this. It's easy.

1) Print out the picture (100x100 pixels)
2) Cut out the picture
3) Tape it to your monitor

i get the same thing too. i just totally give up trying. it was so much better and easier to upload photos to your avatar before this newly reconstructed dxp.

i just don't see how everybody else don't get the same result. i guess just you and i see the same thing when we try to upload photos to our avs.

Err what??But however the pic does get uploaded in a day or two I dunno how.dxp problem?

That actually gives me reason to believe that it's just a temporary issue, and will hopefully be resolved soon. I guess I will keep trying, as us persistent Cappies do. 🙂

Apparently, this is a recent issue. After trying uploading, a few times, my current photo was strangely deactivated as my profile avatar, hence there being no profile avatar currently on display in my posts.

Just read your thread too, and tried the Internet Explorer option to no avail.. I also emailed DXP to see if there were any other options, so I'm just waiting to hear back from them. Whoever figures it out first, will hopefully share the solution with the rest of us.

Try from different browsers each time.That worked n no problem 🙂

same here, have been trying for the last days. The strange thing is, I did actually have a picture uploaded a few days ago, wanted to change it, deleted it... and suddenly its telling me I can't upload because I don't have flash or silverlight >😢
