How to find out if someone is either alive, dead or in a mental institute?
Most can’t releases info but websites like courts and jails allow you to input name n dob

Yeah I used to do that to locate him before.. maybe I'll try that again. They got smart and want you to pay a fee sometimes.

Do you know what would happen if your requested No Obituary be posted online? Would they still do it?
He needs some kind of tracking health bracelet or something if he’s prone to disappearing with mental health issues. I hope you find good word.
