I'm a real estate agent. What's the best way for me to find clients and leads!?

Any suggestions?

There's all kinda depending the Market/where you live. Put an add in Craigslist for your services... make Lots and LOTS of friends then spread the rumor you are in Real estate lol. You can always help people find apartments and then when they buy they come to you(hopefully). Put your cards in mom and pop shops... and yes, make friends with the owners &workers as well ??

I have a ton of friends so I need to cold call lol

I've worked with one investor. I'm in Oklahoma focusing on the okc market. I would be interested in working with you. Our city is growing and the property here is some of the cheapest in the country but being flipped w huge potential for profits because of all the new venues taking over some of the forgotten neighborhoods.
