Hey, ive just answered my own question. Morgan, have a look at these sites; very good for lack of sleep:

This site lists a whole lot of food which helps with serotonin and sleep.

The funny thing is that i have been on a low carb, low fat, high protein diet and after reading this info, it has become clear to me that my diet is causing or contributing to my insomnia. I have just pigged out on a whole lot of Oreos and Corn thins, so hopefully I'll sleep tonight! I don't care about my weight anymore; if i can't sleep i am no good for anybody.

Any other suggestions for lack of sleep therapies would still be appreciated.
