Is too cocky of a DM opener? Does anyone have their best/worst DM slides?

Try something more minimal yet straight to the point like “DTF?” Can never geaux wrong with that

I feel like just cutting out the part about the number might make it a bit more acceptable. 🤷‍♀️

Since this is someone I knew in HS, I'd just change it to "don't know if you're still living in the city".

I like it.

Sorry, I'm middle-aged and married never got dm-ed or slid on, lol.

Oops, I was mistaken.

I have been DM-ed here on DXP. It's quite funny that one of the DMs was very much like the OP's. Sometimes, I thought the account was created just to DM me... which is spooky...

Even when singIe, I never take an initial flirtation seriously in real life... it just doesn't stick. I see it as "hi."

Yeah, I prefer to go with the respectful approach that still shows intent/interest. Doesn't force anything on anyone and isn't too aggressive/cocky.
