I respectfully disagree about the ability to plant doubt in the mind of a woman serving as a member of a jury or as a member of an adjudicative board. The number of "hold out" jurors who had a doubt splits pretty evenly between men and women in my experience. And I'm not familiar with any practicing attorney much under the age of 60 who would choose a woman juror thinking he could plant a doubt.click to expand

I am very objective and cold.Death is something I am now used to and there are alot of trivial emotions and thoughts that are rendered useless inside.Why?I have lost a significant amount of friends and family to illness,crime,drugs,etc...I have even witnessed people murdered and no justice brought to the culprits until later on,even if it is vigilante justice.
