women with glasses: turn on or turn off?

Inspired by the short men topic I am wondering how women with glasses are looked upon by men.

I personally wear glasses and I don't feel that it has bothered me in attracting men. I must say that men have come up to me a few time with the 'teacher fantasy'... because of my glasses..

But in the media and basically everywhere women with glasses are always pictured as less attractive, or even plain nerdy or ugly. Thinking of the ugly betty stuff and so on. Or smart women for some way are usually portrayed with glasses.

So are glasses on a woman a turn down/off (I'm not a native speaker forgive me my english)

THERE CAN BE A DOWN SIDE SHE MAY BE ABLE TO TELL HOW UGLY YOU ARE WITH THEM ON.

I'm guilty though, myself. I LOVE glasses on guys... It's pretty sexy. I guess I shall forever be in search for my own Clark Kent. Hahaha 🙂
