Koniuchaa, question about chicken

I can't find that post with chicken in milk.

Have a question. If you had made it...what's the point of frying it to the crispy stage to later soak it in milk?

Wouldn't that make that crispy skin soggy?

It sounds delicious - just want to clarify...

I have made it a lot. I love it. The milk makes a delicious sauce and keeps it moist.

It is very easy.

It's done!

I hate it!

But my daughter loves it!!!

So I appreciate your effort because I can pack it and she will take it with her and enjoy and share with friends...

She said she doesn't care about sage though and I hate cinnamon! Unless in coffee!

So this is crazy! How we had pulled this dish apart and found beauty in it!
