Man, I just met the baddest dude. Ex-Spetznaz, ex-Duvdevan powerlifter. He told me that a Spetznaz soldier has to march 80 km in 3 hours, and then beat 3 opponents in hand-to-hand comband in order to get his beret. Goddamned crazy Russians. Sold me some creatine and BCAA.

Yeah, It seems pretty weird, unless they have some secret super-soldier project going on. Still, the whole beating 3 guys in hand-to-hand combat does sound pretty typical, from what little I know of the Spetsnaz(I don't think he was lying about being in the Spetsnaz, because he showed me some pictures of his in his phone in what seemed to be typical Spetsnaz gear).

I really hafta disagree here the men in my life will not let go of me...no matter what I have done or said. I wish I knew how to shake some of em 😢 some of these men lose thier minds...
