Coconut oil is good for everything
I used to do this until I swapped in 20 mins of oil pulling for sleep. You do see results, like your breath staying fresh even when you're starving lol

Has anyone tried this? Does it work for you? I bought a jar of organic coconut oil for my hair, and I came across oil g and thought I'd give it a go.
