I really don't gain anywhere except mostly in the front. Like my boobs will grow a little and I get a gut. I like to call it my pooch, cause it sounds nicer...but it's a gut. Lol

I've got baby tummy, everywhere else, not so much. That's what I need to work on most. The rest has pretty well liquidated between working out and hefting heavy trays, running floor and going up and down, up, down with large buckets of ice. Over all I'm quite pleased. I'm in the best shape I've been in quite some time. Feel pretty frisky actually. It's rather nice to shimmy into a dress and feel attractive again. 🙂

Yea, I've cut back on red meat as well. Feel so much lighter too. Don't think I'd give it up completely, but its def. something that should be moderated, imo.
